Dear community members and our supporters, we would like to announce to you that we are extending our cooperation with Ankr network. First of all, this step indicates our vision of “crypto partnerships”, which are usually done only in marketing purposes. In our opinion partnership, can only be created with projects or companies, which can contribute to each other in terms of technology or business development.
As you all know, we’ve already been partners with Ankr network for a long time, but as it gets closer to Prometeus test net launch and product release, we would like to refresh your memories, explain how exactly we are going to interact with each other and even share some upcoming insights.
Nodes are an integral part of any blockchain because exactly the node serves as an internal interface between users inside the ecosystem. You can even call them a “hearth” of blockchain. Especially, they are important when we talk about trustless solutions like Prometeus. That’s why it’s so important for us, to create a possibility for an ordinary user to set up a node within a few minutes. Also, as you know, Prometeus ecosystem consists not only from 1 type of node but from several, such as Data mart node, Data validator node, Service node.
When we are talking about nodes, the main problem is that it is really to set up it, without some specific technical knowledge. Even experienced specialists will require one day to set everything up. Ankr Network allows you to set up a node cheap, fast and secure within a few minutes, even without specific knowledge.
We want to extend access to Prometeus ecosystem and decrease technology barriers for our users because this is how we all can come to real adoption. That’s why we will integrate with Ankr Network and you will be able to set up your own node within few minutes right after our mainnet launch. We also will run some of our testnet nodes on Ankr to check the capacity.
In future, we also will integrate direct ankr token swap technology, which will allow you to set up a node within Prometeus user interface.
